Take advantage of this fantastic offer from our friends at Turneffe Flats Lodge in Belize for some fun in the sun. The summer months can offer some of the best tarpon fishing of the year and for the non-angler in your ranks, Turneffe Flats has stellar snorkeling right in front of the lodge. A full SCUBA program, ocean kayaking, bird watching, dolphin watching, and quality rest and relaxation are all on the list for non-fishing companions.
Summer and Fall Angler’s Special – June 23 – December 22, 2012
$2,860.00 per person for a 7 Night / 6 Day fishing package (based on double occupancy)
For years Turneffe Flats has been known as one of the Caribbean’s premier saltwater fly fishing destinations. The diversity of their saltwater flats fishing sets them apart from other destinations and the opportunity to catch bonefish, permit and tarpon on a given day makes Turneffe Flats one of the rare spots to pursue a “Flats Grand Slam,” the landing of all three species in a single day.
At Turneffe Flats, you will be guided by experienced, knowledgeable, English-speaking guides. With an average of more than 20 years guiding on the flats, their fly fishing guides are some of the most experienced and dedicated flats guides in the Caribbean. MORE

Fly Water client Erik, has returned from Christmas Island with an impressive catch! For anglers traveling to this extremely remote and rustic atoll in the middle of the Pacific, mass encounters with GT’s and bonefish can be a real game changer! For newbies and saltwater junkies alike, clients traveling here with the right attitude and proper preparation can be in for a life changing and unbeatable angling experience.
Here is what Erik had to say about his trip:
“The first hand knowledge provided with such enthusiasm by Fly Water Travel and Ashland Fly Shop was essential. The info on terminal tackle setup. The custom flys from Will. And even the suggestion to bring my own hot sauce for breakfast. All of this was key. The in-depth knowledge of the places you guys sell provides critical information that is often not available to the angler trying to book a trip on their own. Having you guys to talk to pre-trip is an important step in the journey of getting to that fumbling moment when great fish are landed. Keep up the great work and already looking forward to a return trip next year.”
